About the Role:
As a Purchase Ledger, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices and maintaining financial records. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure all financial obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.

Working Hours:
● Monday to Friday
● 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

Key Duties:
● Processing and verifying invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
● Managing supplier accounts and reconciling statements.
● Handling payment runs and ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
● Resolving any discrepancies or issues related to invoices or payments.
● Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any invoice or payment queries.
● Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Key Requirements:
● Proven experience in a similar role
● Ideally over 2+ years of experience
