They are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of their team.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and effective support from your office space across all areas of their business. You will need to possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering great customer service.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Manager, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars and answering emails and phone calls
  • Interacting with clients, suppliers and internal teams to address any inquiries, ensuring you maintain their standard of great customer service
  • Assisting in maintaining accurate inventory levels for plumbing and heating materials and equipment
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and managing inventory replenishment
  • Allocating engineers to the correct sites, ensuring operations are as smooth and efficient as possible

 

Experience

  • Great communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel is necessary
  • Some prior experience within the construction trade is required
